Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Standard orders are expected to ship within 7-10 business days unless a different timeline is displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Preorders

Preorders are estimated to ship during within six weeks from closing the sale. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

If production or fulfillment timing changes, we will provide an update to affected customers.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are outside NO KNOWN OWNER’s control.

International orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. Contact noknownowner@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
