All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, color, preference, or ordering the wrong size.

Please review product details, sizing information, preorder details, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [support email] within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the request and, where required by law or approved by NO KNOWN OWNER ™️ , provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Preorders

OG SHELL SET 001 is a preorder item. The estimated shipping window will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. Shipping dates are estimates and may change because of production, supply, or carrier delays.

If NO KNOWN OWNER ™️  cannot fulfill a preorder, we will contact affected customers regarding the available remedy.

Lost or delivered packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact noknownowner@gmail.com. We may ask you to contact the carrier or provide additional information before reviewing the matter.
